Are you an organised Administrator who enjoys working with systems, data accuracy in a fast-paced environment!

  • Process and update Operational Qualifications (OQs) using JD Edwards
  • Verify documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Some travel coordinating - flights, accommodation, itineraries as required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve data or scheduling discrepancies
  • Generate reports and provide general administrative support
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards
  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to travel coordination or booking systems (desirable)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
