About the Role

We are seeking an organised and professional Administration Assistant to support our clients Port Melbourne clinic. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing appointments and clinician schedules
  • Greeting clients and handling enquiries
  • Maintaining confidential client records
  • Assisting with billing and NDIS claims
  • Liaising with NDIA, LACs, GPs, and other stakeholders
  • Supporting report preparation and NDIS plan reviews
  • General administrative and office support
  • About You
  • Previous administration experience (private allied health or healthcare preferred)
  • NDIS administration experience highly regarded
  • Strong MS Office and EMR skills
