Administration Assistant (Pastoral)

We are seeking to appoint an efficient, friendly and dynamic member of staff to join our very effective and highly valued Pastoral Team to start at the beginning of the autumn term 2026.

Candidates should ideally have experience of working in an environment with young people, and have excellent communication skills and a good level of education. The ability to build good relationships with staff and students is essential. A high level of confidentiality will also apply to this role.

The role will involve working closely with the Heads of Year and Assistant Heads of Year who work to support students with their academic progress, their behaviour for learning, and their pastoral support and wellbeing.
