Job Description
Reporting to the Parts Administrator, the Administration Assistant – Parts is responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to Mobile Cranes Parts Department and its Customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of timely and effective administrative services such as but not limited to:
• Developing required reports and correspondence
• Coordination and distribution of parts enquires
• Cost allocations and coding of invoices
• Order stock from suppliers, including the factory in Germany
• Raise purchase orders, invoices and claims
• Customer service / spare parts general enquiries
• Updating data bases
