Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Admin Assistant is responsible in managing and organizing the overall summons. To maintaining good relationship with the company's existing client and is the main liaison between the company and a selected group of clients, and clients' requirements are met satisfactorily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- To assist in the resolution/reduction of our Summons Management (reduce 20% – 30% per year).
- To develop and manage relationships with the respective LO's who handle summons offence from the various ministries, departments, and agencies in the Federal Government of Malaysia.
- To collect data summons (monthly) from JSPT PDRM, JPJ & Local Council.
- Meeting and liaising with LO's from JSPT, JPJ and Local Council and acting as a link between client and the Client Management Services to discuss and identify data for summons. To ensure communication flows effectively.
