Hemmett Electrical is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administration assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient function of our office and business operations.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities you will learn and master:
- First point of contact for inbound calls and emails from customers and suppliers
- Job costing and invoicing
- Assistance with quoting
- Reconciling supplier invoices
- Assistance with ordering parts
- Assistance with scheduling
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Intermediate computer skills.
