An exciting opportunity with a market leading provider of Healthcare Equipment and related services across Australia are seeking to appoint an additional Administration Assistant to their Northside Branch.

What your day will look like: 

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and document all enquiries from Customers, Service, Maintenance and Sales Staff.
  • Assisting in triaging customer enquiries related to breakdowns or faults in their Healthcare Equipment and arranging a Service Technician to attend.
  • Log all service calls, ensuring all job detail entries are accurate and can be tracked.
