The Role
We require an experienced Administration Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive Belmont team.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will assist in day to day office duties and provide administration assistance to the team.
To be successful for this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Exposure to accounts systems and processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Fantastic communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong motivation
