About the role:
As the Administration Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Centre Management team within an established shopping centre. This role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the centre and others within the portfolio. Key duties include managing documentation, coordinating communications with tenants, and assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of the property.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the front reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors.
- Distribute centre communications and ensure timely collection and reporting of key information.
- Collect and manage Public Liability Insurance (COC) documentation from tenants.
