A great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join this highly
regarded commercial real estate agency which has been the predominant commercial agency in the Inner Western suburbs for the last 20 years.
This is a key position in a small dynamic office where you’ll be working with the Principal and Directors responsible for Sales, Leasing and Property Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts, Form 6 and other real estate documentation
- Prepare Property Marketing Material: design of brochures and Information Memorandums, internet advertising, social media marketing, marketing mail outs, newsletters and signboards
- Prepare marketing submissions
