We're Looking For
A highly organised and detail focused Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management team at Stockland Wetherill Park on a permanent full-time basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day to day Centre Management operations through efficient administration

  • Deliver accurate financial processing including billing, receipting, and invoice review

  • Be the first point of contact for tenants and contractors, managing enquiries and issues

  • Maintain accurate records and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency

  • Coordinate meetings and support team communication

  • Build strong retailer and contractor relationships, resolving account queries
