Support TBT Engineering as an Administration and Invoicing Administrator in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Engage in a full-time role focusing on invoicing and accounts payable tasks.

In this dynamic role, you will work with the Administration team to prepare, calculate, and process invoices while handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications in Business and show expertise in administration and data management, particularly using Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update and manage accounts payables spreadsheets
• Prepare and review invoices for client outreach
• Conduct audits on invoices and perform quality checks
• Execute routine administrative duties and front desk responsibilities
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of office supplies

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business or a related field
• Strong data entry and administrative experience
