Administration & Accounting Manager required for leading international infrastructure construction company.
Essential duties:
- Pursuing the objectives of the Administration and Accounting Manager and supervising the administrative activities within his office, in accordance with the instructions received from the CFO;
- Coordinating all administrative and accounting activities necessary for the preparation of the periodic financial reports and the annual and consolidated financial statements;
- Ensuring that incoming invoices are correctly entered in order to guarantee their legitimacy from a contractual and fiscal point of view, as well as compliance with contractual and payment terms and conditions;
- Ensure the correct administrative management of all subsidiaries, associates and consortiums managed, coordinating this activity with their Administration & Finance Manager;
