Job Description

Role:


  • Coordinate heavy equipment sales activities and respond to various requests from sales representatives and customers.

  • Answer telephone inquiries from sales representatives and customers.

  • Receive customers who come to the office, if necessary.

  • Develop and maintain good business relations with customers and manufacturers.

  • Maintain an up-to-date contact database in collaboration with sales representatives.

  • Define standards and standardize sales procedures.

  • Update and correct quotations and contracts issued by sales reps, and forward special requests from reps to manufacturers.

  • Organize business meetings at the office with customers and inform them of the heavy equipment distributed and offered by SMS Equipment.

  • Invite customers to visit the branch workshop.
