Job Description
The Admin / Finance Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, financial, and logistical support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate operations within the organization. This role supports the day-to-day management of financial transactions, office administration, and compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.
Finance
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including data entry into accounting systems.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and support monthly closings.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits.
- Support cash flow management and petty cash handling.
