We are looking for a full-time Administrative Virtual Assistant to handle accurate data entry, system updates, and organized record management across our internal platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in city water district portals
  • Input and manage scheduling information in our scheduling software
  • Create, update, and maintain Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness before submission
  • Organize files and information within Google Workspace
  • Communicate clearly regarding task updates, questions, or discrepancies
