Key Responsibilities
Course Planning & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule low-levy courses for internal and external workers at the company’s internal training centre.
- Coordinate low-levy courses for internal workers with external training centres.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to confirm course dates before worker enrollment.
Financial Administration
- Review and sign off on training-related invoices.
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely processing of payments.
Trainer & Tester Support
- Prepare necessary documents and materials for internal trainers and testers.
- Ensure all administrative requirements for training sessions are met.
Training Operations Support
- Provide logistical and administrative support for all ongoing training programs, including weekend sessions.
