Admin Tech Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Admin Tech Engineer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Solutions Engineering team by managing Technical Support Requests (TSRs), coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. It involves handling documentation, inventory tracking, KPI reporting, and manpower scheduling to support project implementation. The position also provides basic technical support and helps maintain efficient communication within the team and with other departments.

Key Functions:

1. TSR Management & Reporting
   Respond to daily technical support emails for Technical Support Requests. Prepare quarterly reports on TSR activities.

2. Cross-department Collaboration
   Work closely with Sales, Management, Admin, and Logistics to synchronize daily activities and address team concerns.
