FCC Environment, part of the FCC Group, have an immediate requirement for an experienced Team Leader to manage the Buckinghamshire HRC Admin Function.
About the Admin Team Leader role
Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Admin Team Leader will ensure that corporate targets are met in relation to SHEQ, profitability, cost tracing, recycling, customer service and communication. We are looking for a strong and flexible leader who works well under pressure with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Our Admin Team Leader duties will be:
- Administration of the contract
- Staff supervision
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- General office duties including telephone answering, post, queries and stationery management
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Purchase of supplies
- Invoicing
