Job Description

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements.
  • Oversee day-to-day office facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleanliness, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, security, and overall workplace upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Handling a diverse range of tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
