Job Description
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements.
- Oversee day-to-day office facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleanliness, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, security, and overall workplace upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Handling a diverse range of tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Lead and supervise the admin team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, daily transport pick-up arrangements and outstation arrangements.
- Manage event arrangements and client networking appointments.
- Manage licenses, permits, renewals, and liaise with authorities.
