Job Description
General Responsibilities :1. Collect all reports of receipts, transfers and oil disbursements at Tank Farm.
2. Archiving documents and quality records for all applicable quality systems in their parts.
3. Data input into SAP includes making monthly corrections based on management decisions.
4. Create and print daily stock reports.
5. Prepare documents for stock opname at the end of each month.
6. Make a recap of attendance and overtime monthly.
7. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
8. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
9. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at the location of Farm tanks.
