Vehicle Fleet Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate the FDFN fleet of vehicles
  • Arrange vehicle repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Monitor drivers in accordance with the FDFN Vehicle Fleet Policy
  • Organize gas receipts and collect vehicle log sheets for record-keeping

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, including typing, copying, faxing, mailing letters, memos, forms, and timesheets
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including notifications, agendas, and assembling materials
  • Provide administrative support across all departments, including answering phone lines
  • Record, photocopy, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and forward to staff
  • Maintain and update staff logbooks in Excel for the Human Resources Department
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the Supervisor
