Vehicle Fleet Coordination
- Manage and coordinate the FDFN fleet of vehicles
- Arrange vehicle repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
- Monitor drivers in accordance with the FDFN Vehicle Fleet Policy
- Organize gas receipts and collect vehicle log sheets for record-keeping
Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage correspondence, including typing, copying, faxing, mailing letters, memos, forms, and timesheets
- Assist with meeting preparation, including notifications, agendas, and assembling materials
- Provide administrative support across all departments, including answering phone lines
- Record, photocopy, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and forward to staff
- Maintain and update staff logbooks in Excel for the Human Resources Department
- Perform other duties as delegated by the Supervisor
