  • Depot support for PMR/New Hire Contact
  • Managing the Specialist inbox
  • Suspensions
  • Admin – POCs/PODs
  • Managing Suspension inbox
  • Suspension for holiday/goodwill
  • Queries
  • Liaison with Customer ref damage & Loss queries
  • Investigate hire issues
