- Credits
- Depot support for PMR/New Hire Contact
- Managing the Specialist inbox
- Suspensions
- Admin – POCs/PODs
- Managing Suspension inbox
- Suspension for holiday/goodwill
- Queries
- Liaison with Customer ref damage & Loss queries
- Investigate hire issues
