Job Description


• Extensive background in retail loans/credit cards and consumer products and services, with strong operational expertise in MIS reporting, call quality review (Telemarketing), and compliance functions.


• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate independently while overseeing and developing a team of Quality Review Officers and an MIS Officer.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for management reporting and decision support


• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in managing and leading teams
