Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain and update staff movement records, inventory lists, directories, and emergency contacts.
  • Support staff onboarding, exit processes, and company announcements.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness, including First Aid/AED upkeep and fire drill coordination.
  • Organize team bonding events, engagement activities, and festive decorations.
  • Take meeting minutes and provide administrative support for management and workgroups.
  • Provide backup support to the DCAS Manager when needed.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects and assignments.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in in office administration, procurement, real estate/property management, or soft facilities management (e.g., WSH, pest control).
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
