This position oversees the documentation of company assets and facilities maintenance while ensuring that vehicle job requests and repairs are processed and encoded in a timely manner.
The Main Responsibilities Of An ADMIN SUPERVISOR Include
Closely supervises the timely processing of facilities/maintenance/repair requests.
Timely processes all Vehicle Job Requests and coordinates repair of the same to concerned parties. Encodes the same to FMS timely.
Closely supervises regular aircon maintenance, electricity maintenance and regular pests control of HBD and UAAGI offices.
Closely supervises the asset tagging and accounting to ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted.
Closely supervises and leads the annual asset inventory.
