Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Operations
- Supervise overall administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor administrative budgets and control operational costs.
2. Vehicle Management (Technical Admin Expertise)
Oversee company vehicles including:
Preventive maintenance scheduling
- Repair coordination with accredited service providers
- Monitoring of vehicle condition and roadworthiness
Handle vehicle-related documentation:
Insurance policies and claims processing
- LTO registrations and renewals
- Incident and accident reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company vehicle policies.
