Key Responsibilities


1. Administrative Operations

  • Supervise overall administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations.

2. Vehicle Management (Technical Admin Expertise)

  • Oversee company vehicles including:

  • Preventive maintenance scheduling

  • Repair coordination with accredited service providers
  • Monitoring of vehicle condition and roadworthiness
  • Handle vehicle-related documentation:

  • Insurance policies and claims processing

  • LTO registrations and renewals
  • Incident and accident reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company vehicle policies.
