DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Administrative Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities of the clinic and corporate offices.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities, utilities, supplies, and equipment management.
  • Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital).

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate administrative staff performance.
  • Prepare staff schedules, task assignments, and monitor attendance.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new administrative personnel.
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and professionalism within the admin team.
