Job Description
Monitor facility performance and operational efficiency, analyzing service data, supporting vendor and maintenance coordination, and helping to optimize workplace environments in the location.
Main responsibilities are:
- Track performance metrics and services levels for cleaning, maintenance, security, and workplace support services. Follow with internal teams and external vendors to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and service delivery.
- Document and update standard operational procedures, emergency protocols, and asset inventories. Participate in audits to ensure facility operations comply with health, safety, environmental, and corporate standards.
- Track sustainability, energy efficiency, and space utilization efforts through effective data tracking and reporting.
