Job Scope:

Responsible for managing and supervising the company's general administrative functions, including office and facilities operations, permits and licenses, contract and property administration, vehicle fleet management, travel and logistical arrangements, event coordination, and support for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The role ensures operational readiness, regulatory compliance, cost-efficiency, and
excellent internal support services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General Administrative Operations

  • Oversees daily administrative operations to ensure uninterrupted support to all departments across offices, farms, and facilities.
  • Supervises admin staff including utility personnel, messengers, drivers, and outsourced services such as janitorial and security.
  • Implements and improves administrative systems, documentation processes, and internal service protocols.
