Job Description
Scope:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly documentation and reporting
- General accounting and admin tasks
- Sourcing, coordination and monitoring of deliveries/orders
- Monitor production timeline and progress
- Encode receipts/inventory logs to the system
- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Prepare and quality check materials
- Perform actual inventory count and necessary paperworks
Requirements:
- Related course in Business, Accounting, Operations and the like
- Prior work experience related to inventory management, logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
- Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
