Job Description

Scope:

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly documentation and reporting
  • General accounting and admin tasks
  • Sourcing, coordination and monitoring of deliveries/orders
  • Monitor production timeline and progress
  • Encode receipts/inventory logs to the system
  • Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Prepare and quality check materials
  • Perform actual inventory count and necessary paperworks

Requirements:

  • Related course in Business, Accounting, Operations and the like
  • Prior work experience related to inventory management, logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
  • Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
