Job Description
Provide support to the Project Management Office Department's Document Control Section by handling records management, maintaining the records library, and performing various project records management tasks.
IV. Scope of Work
- The Service Provider shall provide the necessary Records Controllers based on the estimated records detailed in Annex A. The tasks of the Records Controllers will include:
- a. Monitoring the due execution of final and approved documents across all project stages — Concept, Planning & Development, Procurement, Execution, and Financial Closeout. This includes document routing, distribution, sorting, scanning, filing, and retrieval.
- b. Maintaining a document log for incoming and outgoing transmittals. All final documents shall be logged, sorted, grouped, punched, tagged, organized, and filed based on the PLC checklist. Electronic files shall be converted from PDF to OCR format and uploaded to RIMS and SharePoint.
