Administrative assistant handles secretarial duties and daily administrative support for senior managers and supervisors. They are responsible for filing, organizing and encoding data. They could also be needed for outside works like notarization and some liaison works.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize filing systems (electronic and physical).
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
