HIRING: Admin Assistant (Purchasing)
Location: Matandang Balara, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (On-site)

We're looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant specializing in Purchasing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and request quotations from suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries
  • Coordinate with project/site teams for material requests
  • Compare prices and ensure cost efficiency
  • File documents and maintain organized purchasing records
  • Assist with clerical and admin tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Can work well with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Willing to work on-site (Mon–Sat)
