HIRING: Admin Assistant (Purchasing)
Location: Matandang Balara, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (On-site)
We're looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant specializing in Purchasing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and request quotations from suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Coordinate with project/site teams for material requests
- Compare prices and ensure cost efficiency
- File documents and maintain organized purchasing records
- Assist with clerical and admin tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Can work well with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Willing to work on-site (Mon–Sat)
