Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Staff member to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory
  • Support HR, accounting, and operations departments as needed
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
