ADMIN STAFF – JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Medical Supplier)Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience

· At least 1 year administrative or clerical experience (experience in a medical supplier, healthcare, or pharmaceutical company is an advantage)

· Familiarity with medical documents, purchase orders, and inventory records is a plus

Skills & Competencies

· Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, email)

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to handle confidential information

· Basic knowledge of inventory control and filing systems
