KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring of all 34 Engineers assigned in different branches.
  • Collect and Submit Daily Attendance Report to ITO including Head Office.
  • Collecting monthly report DTR, Daily Accomplishment Report, and OT Accomplishment Report.
  • Monitoring of Overtime of all Engineers assigned in different branches.
  • Monitoring of Preventive Maintenance Report.
  • Sending advisory for Preventive Maintenance to Project Manager.
  • Requesting for Inventory of all units for each branch from ITO.
  • Encoding DTR to HRIS
  • Encoding OT to HRIS
  • Quarterly Billing Cycle process and attachment.
  • Requesting reliever once the Engineer is absent.
  • Quarterly evaluation of Engineers.
