Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related four-year course (vocational graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • With background in general administrative work such as answering calls, scheduling, encoding, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical duties
