Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Assist in preparation of documents and reports.

- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related four-year course (vocational graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- With background in general administrative work such as answering calls, scheduling, encoding, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical duties
