DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for accurately inputting data entry and organizing data.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Updating existing records with new data.
  • Perform other functions as may be required by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vocational / College graduate
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Power point)
  • Can work under pressure
  • Hardworking and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable and has experience in administrative works will be an advantage.
