Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and project teams
  • Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Schedule aircon servicing, installations, and maintenance appointments
  • Maintain proper filing of sales documents and customer records
  • Follow up on payments, outstanding quotations, and customer feedback
  • Assist in stock ordering and inventory coordination
  • Update sales reports and support daily office administration duties
  • Support the sales team in preparing tenders and project documentation
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Preferably with experience in aircon, ACMV, engineering, or construction industry
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
