Requirements
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Basic computer knowledge and communication skills
  • Prior admin experience is an advantage
Working Schedule
  • 6 days work week
  • Monday to Friday at the office
  • Saturday work from home
  • Working hours: 10am to 7pm
Job Scope
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks
  • Reply messages and assist daily operations
  • Filing and data entry
  • Support office paperwork and documentation
  • Other ad‑hoc duties assigned
