Requirements- Singaporean or PR
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Basic computer knowledge and communication skills
- Prior admin experience is an advantage
- 6 days work week
- Monday to Friday at the office
- Saturday work from home
- Working hours: 10am to 7pm
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks
- Reply messages and assist daily operations
- Filing and data entry
- Support office paperwork and documentation
- Other ad‑hoc duties assigned
