Job Description

The Admin – Procurement supports the procurement process by coordinating with Technical Coordinators, Junior Engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. The role ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate records, and assists in project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement requests with Technical Coordinators and Junior Engineers
  • Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documents
  • Track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, materials, and procurement transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers and negotiating prices or terms
  • Support project teams in sourcing technical materials and equipment
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth procurement
