About the role
ATOMIT Corp. is seeking a talented and experienced Admin Operations Assistant to join our team in Las Pinas / Muntinlupa office. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and reporting for our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in Customer or Account Monitoring activities, follow ups
- Perform data entry, analysis and data reports
- Conduct data accuracy review, variance analysis and report out of it
- Review expense claims, filing and reconciliation of expense files
- Acts as operations coordinator to follow up open items for closure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline inter-department dependencies
- Willing to be trained in Billing, Payroll and Compliance activities
