ADMIN INTERNSHIP – SKINCARE BRAND

(Not your typical admin internship)

We're a growing local skincare brand, and we're looking for an Admin Intern who wants to see how a real beauty business runs behind the scenes.

This is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect if you want real experience, not just photocopy & file.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reply customer chats (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram)
• Update daily reports (sales, live host performance, affiliates)
• Help manage orders, samples & admin documents
• Support marketing & operations team with daily tasks
• Assist founder & team in day-to-day business operations
