Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day transactions and ensures that the daily operations are operating efficiently while adhering to the standard guidelines and procedures, and provides resolutions on escalated issues
  • Provide and ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with internal and external customers to ensure constant alignment of expectations, as well as to work collaboratively on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Secure all document monitoring has been properly updated
  • Prepare reports required by customers/management in organized and timely manner
  • Communicate policies, SLAs, and other important information with client's POD
  • Monitor employee performance, reviews and coaches to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare supplies and cash replenishment
