Job Description

Position We seek a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee and manage various non-clinical functions, including Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Laundry, Garden, and overall maintenance of hospital premises.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to enforce discipline and compliance while ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Oversight Lead and manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, laundry, and support staff to maintain high service standards.

Ensure overall cleanliness, safety, and discipline within hospital premises.

Track and manage hospital insurances, including renewals, cost reduction strategies, and claims processing.

Ensure all statutory & legal compliances, including license renewals and coordination with BMC, MMRDA, Police, MPCB, and labor officials.
