Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth office operations
- Work closely with the CEO on operational decisions and execution strategies
- Coordinate across departments (HR, Finance, Engineering, Sales) for seamless collaboration
- Manage vendors, office assets, facilities, and maintenance activities
- Handle expense coordination, petty cash, and operational payments with Finance
- Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and regulatory authorities (EOBI, Excise, etc.)
- Coordinate with legal advisors, banks, and government departments
- Implement and monitor company policies approved by senior management
- Manage corporate events, employee engagements, and office renovations
- Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment
