Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Work closely with the CEO on operational decisions and execution strategies
  • Coordinate across departments (HR, Finance, Engineering, Sales) for seamless collaboration
  • Manage vendors, office assets, facilities, and maintenance activities
  • Handle expense coordination, petty cash, and operational payments with Finance
  • Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and regulatory authorities (EOBI, Excise, etc.)
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, banks, and government departments
  • Implement and monitor company policies approved by senior management
  • Manage corporate events, employee engagements, and office renovations
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment
