Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Leader Production Upfit to support our Scoresby operations .


This role is a key position within the Upfit function, acting as an extension of senior leadership to coordinate administrative, customer, supplier, and team support activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, strong customer outcomes, and effective team support , while maintaining compliance with Cummins policies and standards.

As a senior support role, you will also act as a 2IC (second in charge) as delegated by leadership, helping drive consistency, communication, and performance across the Upfit area.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers , supporting communication and engagement
