Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support often in general office or specific department
  • Assist with various duties like data entry, scheduling and correspondence
  • Organize employee engagements and events
  • Inventory checking
  • Supplier coordination
  • Comply with company rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and software systems
