Job Description

We are a small interior design studio looking for a responsible and organized Admin & HR Support to help manage daily office operations and basic HR tasks.

Job Scope:

  • Handle office admin (parcels, filing, documents, data entry)
  • Welcome clients & prepare water/coffee
  • Check office supplies, utilities & pantry
  • Get quotations, follow up with suppliers & sourcing materials
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, leave & assist recruitment

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years Admin / HR experience preferred
  • Organized, responsible, good communication
  • Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word)
  • Female & Chinese-speaking preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
